JOHN MAXX INTERIOR PRIMER is an excellent cement primer formulated to resist alkali attack and dampness. This primer may be used on fully matured interior plaster walls as priming coats for any wall coating or synthetic enamel. It may also be used before repainting a wall of a different color to ensure obliteration of the existing color.
This primer is fast drying and alkali resistant. This primer is easy to apply by brush and gives a smooth matt finish. It is available in both water and solvent thinnable formulations.
Directions For Use:
- Clean the surface thoroughly and make it free from dust, dirt, flakes, grease and other loose particles.
- Surface should be dry cut with emery paper and cleaned before finishing coats are applied.
- Apply 1 or 2 coats as required. Allow at least 6 hrs in between coats.
- Stir Well Before Use.
Recommended for use as a primer over interior surfaces which are to be coated with acrylic-based interior emulsion.
Coverage: Approximately 100 to 120 Sq. Ft. Per Liter per single coat depending on porosity and surface.
